Prayer request form
Your prayer is heard and valued. By sharing your request, you’re allowing us to join you in praying for God’s guidance, comfort, and peace. We treat each prayer request with respect and confidentiality. Each one will directly go to our prayer warriors. ‘Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.’ – Philippians 4:6.

Counselling inquiry

Payment request form
This form is used by workers to reimburse or request funds to buy or make a payment on behalf of the Church. Please note that all payment requests are subject for approval. When you’re ready to proceed, click the submit button and send the link* to our finance team.

Vehicle usage form
At our church, we prioritise safe transportation to and from services as well as to help all who do not have access to transport. If you need help, our church van is available. All requests are subject to approval with terms and conditions.
